We are looking for cooks to complete the teams of our partners located in Canada. 

Exceptionally for this client, we will conduct mandatory in person auditions and technical tests by in Peru (Lima) and in Brazil (site to be determined). Travel to/from the test site are at the candidates expense.

• Prepares and cooks dishes and complete meals using a wide variety of foods (including alcohol). 25%
• Clean, cut, chop and prepare meats (beef, pork, game, etc.), poultry, fish and shellfish. 10%
• Prepare basic preparations for menu items. 10%
• Wash, peel and cut fruits and vegetables.
• Weigh and prepare ingredients. 5%
• Supervise the cooking of dishes. 5%
• Check the quality of dishes. 10%
• Taste the prepared dishes. 5
• Assemble plates for service. 5%
• Maintain inventory of food, supplies and work equipment. 5%
• Maintain and keep in order the work station and equipment used. 5%
• Clean work areas and kitchen (general housekeeping). 5%
• Any other related duties that may be added from time to time by the Employer 5%.

Conditions of access to the profession:

Degree in the food industry or 3+ years of demonstrated experience in the field.

Salary: 14.25$/hour, after 3 months entitled to share tips (between 1$ to 3$/hour extra).
